Judge dismisses ex-Buchanan fire chief's request for 2nd bond hearing

Initially denied bond at a November hearing in Botetourt General District Court, Carter this week appealed the matter to Circuit Court, citing a change of attorneys. Carter did not appear at the hearing but was represented by defense attorney C.J. Covati.
