Botetourt County Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle has announced that his units located and arrested a 38-year-old Alleghany County man 12 minutes after an armed robbery was reported New Year’s Eve at the Happy Food Mart on Roanoke Road (US 220) on the southern outskirts of Fincastle.
