Valley Magisterial District: Grand Hospitality, LLC requests an amendment to the proffered conditions to change outdoor lighting fixtures. The proffers were previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 27, 2007. The change in proffers is for a 2.895-acre parcel and a 4.907-acre parcel zoned Business District (B-2) located at 3200 Lee Highway (U.S. Route 11) approximately 0.1 mile north of the Interstate 81 Interchange, Exit 150B. The parcels are identified on the Real Property Identification Maps of Botetourt County as Section 101(5), Parcels 6 & 7.
Amsterdam District: Steven L. Simmons requests rezoning from a Business (B-2) Use District to a Business (B-3) Use District, with possible proffered conditions, and four Special Exception Permits, with possible conditions, for an automobile painting and body shop; auto and heavy truck repair; a towing operation and a reduction in minimum district size on a 6.11-acre parcel. This parcel is located at 452 Roanoke Road (U.S. Route 220) adjacent to northbound U.S. Route 220 and southbound Interstate 81, approximately 0.4 miles north of the Interstate 81 Exit 150 interchange. The property is identified on the Real Property Identification Maps of Botetourt County as Section 101, Parcel 64A.
