Toy gun still nets felony charges for LBHS incident while threat at JRHS sends student to intervention

“I'm going to kill you” or “If I had a gun, I'd shoot you” are no longer considered moments of anger expressed as “blowing-off steam.” Instead, those kinds of statements are taken seriously and have serious consequences.
